There will be 2 rounds, with the best 5 teams qualifying for the final round.

The teams will be given the focus topic on the spot, with a brief overview, which will be relevant to the theme.

Topic for both rounds will be different.

Participants will be given 5-7 minutes to prepare and build up for the topic.

Usage of Internet will be permitted only at that time, after which it will be suspended.

Participants will discuss on the topic in presence of organizers.

Total time for discussion per round will depend on the quality of the discussion.

Cross-Questioning among the participants will be allowed.

Prompts by the organizers may be given during the discussion.

Only English language is allowed for communication.

It will be a discussion and not debate, hence plan your arguments accordingly.

Usage of unfair means is prohibited.

Maintain a smooth flow of discussion.

Offensive comments are prohibited.

Partiicpants can carry paper and pen for jotting down the points.

Any violation of the above stated rules will lead to immediate disqualification.

The decision of the organizers shall be final and binding.
